Ryder Cup

The Ryder Cup is here!

Why not come and watch the Ryder Cup with us in the Clubhouse; coverage starts on Friday from 7am in the main bar with drinks and food offers on all day.

Ryder Cup sweepstake

Get ready for the Ryder Cup in France with our sweepstake. The cost is £5.00 per person only, and with only 24 spaces available, be sure to hurry to avoid disappointment.

The winner has the player with the most points on the winning team. In the event of a tie, the player with the biggest winning margin in the singles on the final day takes the pot.

1st Prize 50%, 2nd Prize 30%, 3rd Prize 20%.

All prizes are vouchers for the Pro Shop.

Thursday Medal Finals

Please be aware that the Thursday Medal finals will take tomorrow (Thursday 26th September), members are reminded that play is only permitted in threeball or less format.

Patsome Results - Saturday 22nd September

First place - John Taylor and Simon Cowan - 61.3.
Second place - Gerald Buckley and Ian Murden - 61.7.
Third place - Eric Hopewell and Gary Shepherd - 63.7.
Fourth place - James McLocklin and Scott Brooker - 64.7.
Fifth place - Mark Wilson and Stephen Austin - 65.7.

All Green cards have been credited with winnings. The winnings on Green Cards are taking longer to appear than they should be this is down to a technical issue with ClubV1 which we are trying to resolve

Winter League 2018/19

The sign up for this year’s Winter League is now in the Gents locker room. The Divisions have been updated for this year with relegation and promotion; please tick your team if you wish to continue in this year’s tournament. All new teams must be entered on the signup sheet and a division will be allocated. The cost is £20 payable to the Secretary’s office by Monday 8th October.

New irons to improve your game

Layer up, autumn's here
